North Carolina Botanical Garden at Chapel Hill

Bob and I are trying to walk each day.  Today we decided to walk at Coker Arboretum.  However, we ended up, thanks to our GPS at the North Carolina Botanical Gardens.  It was a great place to walk.  This blog will mostly be pictures, as I guess I thought it was beautiful.
We entered at the Educational Building.

This building was a recipient of the U. S. Green Platinum Leeds Award. This award is given by the U.S. Green Building Council who is best known for the development of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating systems.

First the flowers.

Can you see the bee?

Several ponds.

Many pieces of art.

Life size chess board and a bottle tree.

Some interesting structures.
This was a storytellers chair.                             And this is where you would sit to listen.

Above is Paul Green's cabin.  I know nothing about it.
Below are benches for resting.
